What is EZ Charger Rental?

EZ Charger Rental provides mobile battery pack kiosks that allow guests to rent a power bank for charging their devices. Our packs are equipped with cables for all major phone types (lightning, type c, micro usb).

How do I rent a power bank?

To rent a power bank, simply visit one of our kiosks and use the credit card reader to pay. You can use chip, swipe, or tap-to-pay options.

Do I need to download an app to use the service?

No, there is no app required. Just use your credit card at the kiosk to rent a power bank.

What types of devices can I charge?

Our power banks come with built-in cables compatible with iPhones, Android phones, and other major devices.

How long can I keep the power bank?

You can keep the power bank for as long as you need. Charges apply based on the rental duration.

How do I return the power bank?

To return the power bank, simply bring it back to any EZ Charger Rental kiosk and insert it back into an empty slot. When a rental is initiated, there will be a temporary hold placed on your credit or debit card in case you choose to purchase the battery. The temporary hold is released upon return of battery and the hold return may take up to 48 hours to reflect in your bank account.

What happens if I don’t return the power bank?

If the power bank is not returned, additional charges will apply, and you will be charged for the cost of the power bank.

What are the rental rates?

Rental rates are displayed on the kiosk screen. Rates may vary based on the event or location.

Are there any late fees?

Yes, if the power bank is not returned within the specified rental period (generally 48 hours), a pre-determined purchase charge will apply fully
